MENHIR SALENTO - Lecce, Puglia, Italy

Cantine Menhir was born on the solid stone, by an idea of Gaetano Marangelli able to tell the story and only produces native wines including Quota 29, Primitivo and Negroamaro: N°0 which we import.

The winery is located in the heart of the historical centre of Minervino di Lecce, situated in the Apulia region of south-east Italy in the eastern part of the Salento peninsula, about 43 km from Lecce. A hamlet not far away from the sunny beaches of Otranto and from the cost of Santa Cesarea Terme.

The wine cellar, is placed inside a sumptuous Baronial palace from the XVIII century. It has a structure based on two floors; on the first one, visitors and customers are welcome by large and particular offices in Mediterranean style, in the oldest part of the building, on the second floor, visitors and customers can visit our show room, tasting our wonderful wines and trying our typical cooking.
